What are hormones? Hormones are created by glands, which are part of the endocrine system. Hormones control most bodily functions such as hunger, reproduction, emotions and moods.

Estrogen – This is a women’s main sex hormone. For decades woman have been complaining about how this hormone wreaks havoc on their body. Things such as fluid retention, mood swings and excess weight gain are known problems when estrogen is found in excess in the body. Testosterone – This is a man’s main sex hormone. Testosterone is the king hormone for a man making them feel young and alive. It is also the most important hormone when it comes to muscle repair.
