What are hormones? Hormones are created by glands, which are part of the endocrine system. Hormones control most bodily functions such as hunger, reproduction, emotions and moods.

Estrogen – This is a women’s main sex hormone. For decades woman have been complaining about how this hormone wreaks havoc on their body.
